Workplace Mental Health - Your ideas
Its Mental Illness Awareness Week from October 4-10, 2015. Mental Illness Awareness Week (MIAW) is an annual national public education campaign designed to help open the eyes of Canadians to the reality of mental illness. I'd love to hear from folks who are developing or implementing a mental health awareness activity in their workplace - what are you doing or have you done in the past? Thanks in advance for sharing!
October is also Canada's Healthy Workplace Month! Check out this Benefits Canada article that has tons of links to helpful articles and resources to kickstart a campaign.
