If you (and your co-workers) want to keep fit and have fun, then don’t miss HPEC 2019! As that famous little phrase may have hinted, this year’s keynote speakers are BodyBreak’s very own Hal Johnson and JoAnne MacLeod. We’d say that’s a nice fit with the “Life is a Journey, Let it be Active” theme!
Playing a casual game of Frisbee in the park with friends, being part of a team’s tournament victory—these are just a few examples that show the joy that physical, recreational and sport activities provide. People living with disabilities should be included in these joyful opportunities, which is why this symposium is focused on making physical activity accessible for all.
